How do I return an ELEV8 order?

If for whatever reason you need to return an item please contact us at enquiries@elev8.co.uk with your order number in the subject heading with the reason and we will then start to process your return.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, please specify in your email to us if this is what you require. With the size, colour and product code/name of the item you want to order.

How do I return a defective or faulty product?

We stand behind all of our clothing. If your item is defective or faulty and it's been less than 30 days since your purchase, simply return the item. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, please contact us to return the item. Defective or faulty products can be returned with a valid proof of purchase within two years of the order delivery. Some products have specific warranties. Please read the product label, tag or warranty card for specific returns guidelines.
